Birthdays....

It's not secret that I LOVE birthdays! Not only my own but I love celebrating others birthdays! I just think it's so cool to have a holiday just for yourself. Obviously other people share your birthday, but I love that fact that you can be surrounded by friends and family to celebrate your special day!

Recently we were able to go to our niece Presleigh's 3rd birthday and it was so fun to watch how excited she was about her presents, cake, and pinata! :) We're not able to make it to all of our nieces and nephews birthday's because between both of our families me and Cory have 28 all together. We love each and every one of them so much and are so grateful to have such fun little blessings in our lives! They really keep things interesting!

So I guess what my intention for this post was to take the time to tell all of our nieces and nephews and the rest of our family members HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We love all of you!

Here's a few pictures from Presleigh's special day....

Tee & Daysha watching her open her presents...

Presleigh giving Jaxxie a hug because she loved her present....

I love this picture because Jessie & Myles have Presleigh read the cards on the presents and makes sure she says thank you to each person after she opens a present. Look at her being such a good little listener......

Tee loving on our little cousin Jaxxie, she just turned 3 in December also....

I can't believe how big she's gotten .....

She got a big barn from her mom & dad. It use to be Myles and Tee's when they were little, so precious.....

Her "Princess Piggy" cake....

Pinata time.....

Grabbing all the candy with her cousin Ira & Jaxxie

She was in love with this chalk board she got from her Grandpa  Ross & Grandma Ranae

I had to add this one because Presleigh's little cousin Harley is such a  little doll...

Can I open the present yet?! Ha ha

Christmas

This year we spent our Christmas break in Grace with my side of our family. We couldn't have asked for a better Christmas! We spent Christmas Eve with my aunts, uncles, cousins, & grandparents from my moms side of the family. We have dinner, play games, and then share "The White Envelope".

We started this tradition after my brother Tee got lost on the mountain snow machining one year and we were very blessed to find him and his friend still alive after the coldest night of the year! We choose a family in need and each one of our families donates money and then we secretly give them the donations. It helps us to remember the true meaning of Christmas and what a blessing it is to celebrate the birth of Christ. It has become one of my favorite traditions.

On Christmas day Cory, I, mom, & dad woke up and exchanged our Christmas presents and then Christmas night Tee, Daysha, Myles, Jessie, & Presleigh come over for dinner and presents. Dad & Mom surprised us this year with making prime rib for dinner & it was delicious. We had such a great weekend and feel so blessed to have such amazing families! Although we missed seeing the Anderson side of the family we look forward to visiting Montana soon! Happy New Years!

Time of Thanks...

This year we spent Thanksgiving with the Anderson side of our family. We went to Provo for Thanksgiving day and then woke up Friday morning and headed to Las Vegas for Cory's oldest brother Randy and his wife Lucy to be sealed in the temple. It was a quick trip, but it was nice to have a family vacation.
Thanksgiving morning we joined the Forman family for Turkey Bowl

Thanksgiving night we went & looked at the neighbors Christmas lights with  whole family. They went with music and were AMAZING!

When we got to Vegas we stayed in the Palms and got an upgrade! Our rooms were sweet!

The bathroom was awesome!

Flag Football 2011

I said that I would try to share some pictures of Cory & his flag football team. Luckily, my friend Jamie always remembers her camera or else I'd be out of luck. :)
