Meet Me In Montana....

Yeah, my post title is a Marie Osmond song. :] That song always makes me and Cory smile because it makes us think of our relationship when we were first dating. He was living in Montana & I was living in Idaho.
& it just so happens that it's pretty fitting right now too. In just a little over a week or so I will officially live in Montana. We're pretty excited for the change! Cory got a job at the BLM working for the summer & he transferred schools so that we can be closer to family for a couple of years before we leave for medical school!

I'm looking forward to getting back to our roots. We were both raised in small towns so going back to Cory's hometown is going to be so nice. I can't wait to spend more time with some of my nieces, ride our horses whenever we want, & go camping all the time with Cory's brother Cody & his family.

I'm really excited for my parents, my brothers & their wives & Presleigh to come visit! All of them have already talked about making a trip. It will be so fun for them to come and stay longer than just a day or so. :]

Here are a few pictures from great memories already made in Montana. Just a sneak peak of what's to come! <3

Fishing, lots of fishing.

Cory & his wonderful mom taking in the view.

My nieces Makayle & Savanna & me

Just one of the amazing views

This was taken when we were first dating. Me & my best friend Dee took  a quick trip to visit  Cory & go to the fair in Dillon.

Oh how I love my hubby!

This was the trip where Deedra got her nickname "Doo Dah" from my soon to be nieces.

These weren't taken in Montana, but I'm sure a lot of team roping is to come for Cor!

Ups & Downs......

As many of you may already know, it has been a very long week for the Anderson's. Cory's sister Jodi passed away on Monday due to complications of her Addison's disease. Cory left Sunday night for Montana to start work at the BLM and ended up coming back late Monday night with his mom so that we could all start planning the funeral services. The funeral was held on Friday and all of her brothers talked and all of the sisters and sister in-laws sang. It was a beautiful service. We're so thankful for all of the love and support we & her children have felt from everyone at such a trying time for our family. We love Jodi very much & will miss her each and every day.

After a long week, Cory and I were able to spend time together on Saturday. We finally got some sleep and spent the day doing nothing. We took our new puppy Copper to the park and than got dinner and a movie and went home. It's been so nice to have Copper. She's been able to make us smile even in times like these.

She loves to bite my hair..

Yeah, she's a puppy model!
